We also inform you how you can access, update or delete certain data. Our privacy policy maintains a concise and readable format to make it easy for you to read. At the same time, we make every effort to remain in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The administrator of the data described below is Sparkflow sp. z o.o. ul. Contact information

  • In order to conduct business with you, we need to collect your contact information. This data is necessary for the delivery of our services. If you do not agree with the use of your contact information, you can designate another contact in your company for communication purposes and request deletion of your information.
  • What we collect: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, company address.
  • What we do not collect: data that is not related to business cooperation, for example, your home address, if it is not strictly required for the delivery of our services, and you have given us clear consent to use such data.
  • What we use the data for:
    • To communicate in connection with your interest in our services or products and to the extent required to provide those services and products.
    • To inform you about other of our services and products in which you might be interested.
  • How we collect this data:
    • Through contact forms on the website.
    • By contacting you by phone or email.
    • Through direct contact between our employees and you, including from a business card you provide.

Behavioral data from our website

  • To improve our services, we collect data about your behavior on our website.

International transfer

Any third party company to which we transfer your data for processing purposes is located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or is certified to process EEA data through the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement.

  • Our suppliers, subcontractors or partners – when it is necessary to involve these third parties to provide our services. An example is the transfer of your contact information to an equipment supplier necessary to complete our services. You will be notified by email when such a data transfer is to take place.
  • Our business service providers – when the transfer of data is necessary for business processes or required by law. An example is the handling of invoices by an accounting firm.

Your rights related to privacy protection

The DPA provides you with the following privacy-related rights:

  • The right to be informed – you should know when and why we collect your data. That’s why we provide you with this Privacy Policy and a contact for us if you have questions.
  • Right to access – you can request access to the data we hold at any time. Upon request, we will provide you with this data within one month.
  • Right to update – you can update inaccurate or incomplete data. Upon request, we will update your data within one month.
  • Right to erasure – you have the right to „be forgotten.” Upon request, we will delete your data within one month. In some situations, however, this may not be entirely possible, for example, when deleting your data would make it impossible to continue providing our services. In such situations, we will work out the best solution with you.
  • Right to restrict processing – you can allow us to store your data, but at the same time prohibit us from further processing it. As with the right to erasure, restriction of processing may not always be implemented, but we will do our best to find the best solution for you.
  • Right to data portability – you can obtain your data in machine-readable format for the purpose of transferring your data to another controller. Upon request, we will provide you with properly prepared data within one month.
  • Right to object – you can prohibit us from processing your data for any direct marketing purposes.
